Intern Knowledge Management for Bayer Business Consulting (m/f/d)
Join our KM&R team if you are curious to learn about what it’s like to be part of a DAX company and how knowledge management can help an organization become more performant. By driving BC’s knowledge management and supporting consultants in all knowledge management processes throughout the people and project life cycle, from the use of the KM platform to standard processes and project capture as well as optimizing data flows, you will gain interesting and challenging insights into life science and consulting. Plus, you can be responsible for your very own project in close cooperation with one of our team members.
YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
- You support BC and our projects in effectively capturing and sharing knowledge:
- Promote and enforce knowledge management processes at BC to ensure the availability and reusability of internal and externally sourced project knowledge, fostering knowledge sharing and exchange
- Assist in keeping information and guidelines from the KM&R team up to date, such as communication on SharePoint, Teams channels, and KNOX
- Oversee the implementation of KM best practices within BC projects and become a global expert in KM for BC
- Drive BC's knowledge management within the KM platform KNOX throughout the project lifecycle:
- Train as an administrator for the KM platform KNOX and support consultants in its usage.
- Create new KNOX user accounts and prepare onboarding materials for our monthly New Joiners.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of project capture through KM quality control.
- Contribute to optimizing KM processes, data flow, and tools throughout the project management lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with data regulations in all processes, for example, through effective communication, material updates, and data privacy cleaning.
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently enrolled bachelor’s or master’s degree student ideally in a relevant field, e.g., business administration, information science, or in a social science, life science
- High level of attention to detail and organizational management when working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and passionate for knowledge and learning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English, both spoken and written; German and other language skills would be an advantage
