Role Summary
We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Working Student to join our team as an Office Manager on site. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating and maintaining a positive and productive working environment for our employees. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from greeting international guests to organizing teambuilding activities, and you'll work closely with our office manager to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Your work scope
- Support the office manager with administrative and organizational tasks, including reception, hosting international guests, candidates, and suppliers, answering and forwarding phone calls, and processing mail
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment and atmosphere for employees
- Organize the office and ensure that your colleagues always have access to all necessary working materials and are well supplied
- Assist with the organization of internal events and teambuilding activities
- On site position
Your background
- You have very strong organizational talent
- You are friendly and open to deal with an international multicultural environment.
- You are comfortable to be the contact person for our employees, customers, business partners and candidates
- You enjoy a variety of tasks and like to support where your help is needed
- Flexible and able to adapt to fast-changing priorities
- You have positive vibes and an eye for detail
- Fluent German and English (both spoken and written) is a must, other languages are bonuses
- Comfortable with MS Office
