• Support the office manager with administrative and organizational tasks, including reception, hosting international guests, candidates, and suppliers, answering and forwarding phone calls, and processing mail
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment and atmosphere for employees
• Organize the office and ensure that your colleagues always have access to all necessary working materials and are well supplied
• Assist with the organization of internal events and teambuilding activities
