Ihre Aufgaben:

Design and implement systems based on Dematic iQ Insights platform (including CMMS, Alerting, and Analytics capabilities)
Implement software solutions according to Dematic established software standards and procedures
Translate customer requirements to technical design documentation
Assist sales software analysts during new offers to customers across Europe
Collaborate with global analytics team to ensure consistent delivery globally
Train customers and key-users on installed solutions
Estimate time to complete of new and existing development tasks
Maintain a good relationships with all internal and external customers, through provision of a high quality service
Deliver projects and tasks on time and within budget
Work within an Agile environment with remote team members in North America
Lead a value engineering approach to ensure cost efficient solutions are designed that achieve company goals for profit, service and support
Willingness to travel; 20% is a necessity
