Job Description

Zum Aufgabenbereich gehören:

• Eingangsrechnungen prüfen, kontieren, buchen und zur Zahlung vorbereiten
• Zahlung Auslandsrechnungen Lieferanten über Software vorbereiten
• Rechnungsprüfung, wenn notwendig Belastung erstellen
• Anmahnen der überfälligen Rechnungen beim Kunden
• Kundenbelastungen, Kundenzahlungseingänge, Zahlungsausgänge sowie manuelle Kundenrechnungen buchen
• Bearbeiten Debitoren Factoring
• Übernahme und Buchen der Rechnungen sowie die Erstellung und Belastung von Gutschriften
• Ausstellen und Verwalten von manuell zu erstellenden Rechnungen
• Bearbeiten von Mahnwesen (besonders Ausland)
• Allgemeine Arbeiten einschließlich Korrespondenz (Mehrsprachig)

The area of responsibility includes

• Checking incoming invoices, assigning them to an account, posting them and preparing them for payment
• Preparing payment of foreign invoices from suppliers via software
• Invoice verification, create debit if necessary
• Reminding customers of overdue invoices
• Posting customer debits, incoming customer payments, outgoing payments and manual customer invoices
• Processing accounts receivable factoring
• Accepting and posting invoices as well as creating and debiting credit notes
• Issuing and managing invoices to be created manually
• Processing dunning procedures (especially abroad)
• General work including correspondence (multilingual)

Required Skills and Education

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Steuerwesen oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Ausgesprochene Teamfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung im Bereich Debitoren- und Kreditoren

Skills:

• Completed vocational training in taxation or commercial training
• Outstanding ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Written and spoken German and English
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
