Your Role
Does working at the interface of powerful AI technology, challenging compliance topics and technology related ethical questions excite you? ZEISS Digital Partners, a unit within the ZEISS Group that supports teams in Medical Technology, Industrial Quality, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and other exciting fields in advancing their digitization, are looking for a Responsible AI Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the company’s AI governance and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. You will be responsible for actively shaping a company-wide AI governance framework in close collaboration with internal stakeholders from the business and a wide range of business support functions as well as external stakeholders like technology partners, governmental bodies, and industry organizations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in law, ethics, computer science, philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI compliance, AI ethics, AI development, or related field
- Experience in creating policies and guidelines and solid understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential impact on society
- Strong business acumen, understanding various aspects of data-driven business needs
- Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
- Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and willing to learn German
