Join us in making consumers and dermatologists fall in love with our strong Derma brands Eucerin and Aquaphor. As part of the Derma GBU Marketing Team, you report to the Global Marketing Director and focus on supporting the full Global Marketing team.

Your Tasks
As team assistant to our DERMA Global Marketing Team, you will:

• Act as a central point of contact among the team, executives and other stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth run of our global marketing team’s daily business
• Manage Marketing budget accounts including year-end budget steering
• Be in charge of organizing team events, meetings and workshops (both physical and virtual), conferences & offsites, as well as content preparation, catering, flights, hotel bookings, etc.
• Steer general information and new company-wide processes into the team (i.e. new travel policies and CAMPUS site updates)
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and setting up the workstations & all required equipment and software for new starters
• Manage local GE accounts incl. the budget management (Raise POs, track open commitments, create debit/credit- notes, prepare year-end procedures)

• We would love to have you on board, if you:
• Have a commercial education and ideally first years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment in a similar field
• Are fluent in English (German and other languages appreciated)
• Have strong interpersonal skills and self-confident appearance. You can deal with ambiguity, are resilient, and are also able to work under pressure
• Have a strong systematic, reliable, and independent working style with an international mindset
• Are able to navigate multiple, cross-functional topics
• Are comfortable with technology and able to organize physical and virtual workshops/offsites.
• Are confident handling of all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Base goodknowledge of SAP of advantage
