The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM), who is dedicated and passionate to manage and drive Solera’s business relationships and projects in our international sales organization. Key focus for the BDM position is the relationship management with the global and regional OEM HQs, as well as with networks such as international workshop groups, and automotive paint and glass suppliers. The BDM must be well connected in the automotive ecosystem and is enthusiastic about building up and maintaining relationships externally and internally. The BDM acts as a global key account for customers, coordinates key activities and is responsible for the success of global or regional software projects. Driving the sale of Solera’s product portfolio internationally will be the overarching objective.

What You’ll Do

Manage and retain relationships with existing OEM customers
Increase client base in the OEM field and the automotive ecosystem
Develop growth strategies and plans
Research business opportunities and viable income streams
Follow industry trends locally and internationally
Develop individual solutions for existing customers based on a deep understanding of customer needs
Collaborate closely with product, internal sales and technical teams to address client expectations
Communicate regularly with international Solera sales teams

Master’s degree preferred
