We as Business Model Innovation team cope with the challenges and opportunities around financing arising from the changing environment within financial service industry and beyond. We believe that it is essential to anticipate dynamic industry trends by proactively evaluating, piloting and scaling technology/innovation use cases in order to sustainably strengthen SFS’ and Siemens AG’s competitiveness.

• You will support our team in projects to identify, evaluate and validate new business models for captive financing by creating management presentations, calculations and analyses
• You prepare workshops for idea generation and the evaluation of new ideas
• You will be involved in designing business plans for new business models
• Together, we will work on the research and analysis of relevant activities in the field of innovation within Siemens, at Siemens' competitors and in the FinTech market
• You contribute your own ideas and suggestions actively and enthusiastically to a young and dynamic team

What you need to make real what matters.

• Tomorrow's business models move you and you want to actively help shape the digital transformation of Siemens with new and innovative financing solutions
• You are a great teammate, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer focused, communicative, self-driven, reliable who likes to work in an international and diverse environment
• You are a master student in business administration or economics with a focus on finance, strategy, business mathematics or a similar field
• First practical experience in a finance, consulting or auditing company is a plus
• You have profound business and financial knowledge
• You have excellent communications skills in German and English
• You are fit to use MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Word)
