Join Amazon's Gifting team as a Technical Product Manager (PMT) and revolutionize the gifting experience for millions globally! You'll manage the entire lifecycle of a complex product, enhancing the shopping journey from discovery to delivery.

Focus on solving key customer pain points in gifting, creating seamless buying and sending experiences and enabling perfect gifting moments.

We're looking for someone with ownership, sharp judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, quick to learn new technologies, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting – a creative and analytical problem-solver.

Key job responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of innovative products that make gifting on Amazon a delightful experience. Define customer experience, drive the roadmap, identify scaling opportunities, collaborate with engineers, scientists, UX teams, and business stakeholders.

A day in the life
You'll define initial product concepts, secure buy-in, and translate visions into actionable roadmaps. Develop requirements for engineering and science teams, deliver exceptional products, manage business and technical requirements, drive performance, and build future plans. We need someone who thrives in ambiguity and is driven to achieve results quickly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
• Experience with end to end product delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
