Your Job

• Identifying legal requirements as well as coordinating the assessment of overarching international compliance requirements and risks
• Acting as a contact person for departments and project teams to assist in the clarification of legal and technical enquiries
• Monitoring the regulatory environment with regard to new or changed IT-relevant requirements
• Modelling workflows and digital processes as well as formulating corresponding policies, SOPs etc. and providing support with their implementation
• Advising specialist teams on the applicability of and compliance with legal standards

Your Profile

• Degree in law, business law (1st state examination, LL.B., LL.M.), economics or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in a legal department, a compliance or legal operations team, a law firm or in compliance consulting
• Passion for IT, initiative and enthusiasm for working in a team as well as a high standard on the quality of your work
• Creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving oriented and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills

• Basic knowledge of digitalisation and software development projects as well as experience in IT security and the use of artificial intelligence is desirable
• Ideally knowledge of relevant GRC solutions (e. g. Quentic, ServiceNow GRC)
• Experience in the design and implementation of processes and the formulation of corresponding governance documents
• Interest in legal tech, increasing process efficiency and unconventional thinking (“out-of-the-box thinking”)
