To support our Finance team, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist (m/f/x) on a mini job basis at our office in Garching as soon as possible.

• Responsible for preparatory accounting, including the recording of business transactions and events as well as the recording and management of purchase invoices and expenses
• Performing account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
• Prepare, manage and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and tax regulations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth accounting operations

• Completed commercial training ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
• Proven professional experience in the field of accounting
• Experience with SAP and tax law an advantage
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Reliable, independent and solution-orientated way of working
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
