For our location in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d).

As a manager (m/f/d) in warehouse logistics, you will lead your employees in your area of responsibility and ensure a smooth workflow within the framework of the planning specifications. You will ensure that work and operational processes run smoothly and intervene if there are deviations in the work process or disruptions.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

• You will be the operational leader of the team (approx. 10 employees) on the respective shift and will also support the induction and familiarisation of new employees (m/f/d) - including the necessary documentation.
• Basically, you will ensure smooth processes during the respective shift, including the timely completion and provision of customer orders.
• If there are discrepancies in incoming goods, you will react quickly (via MS Sharepoint) and generally ensure accurate inventory management in the warehouse.
• The continuous improvement of warehouse processes is important to you, which is why you actively work on this (e.g. through 5S, KAIZEN).
• As a manager in the warehouse, you are the contact person for all warehouse-specific topics and are also responsible for communicating with customers and service providers
• Last but not least, you will be involved in employee training to improve processes in the warehouse.

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Ideally, you will have trained as a warehouse specialist / retail packer or have a similar qualification.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a logistics company, preferably in shift management.
• You have a good command of German and preferably a basic knowledge of English.
• You are willing to work shifts and weekends (a few times a year).
• You have a careful and reliable way of working, are a team player and are prepared to work night shifts.
• A forklift driving licence is an advantage.

• 3,100.00 euros gross fixed salary (plus 25% night bonus).
