Christian leads our dynamic Data Science & Machine Learning team, a talented ensemble of 6 members comprising both Research Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers. As a Working Student, you'll find yourself in expert hands, receiving top-notch guidance and mentorship.

Nestled within our internal IT department, Christian's team is at the forefront of collaboration with our business units. Together, they play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the evolution of our products. This is not just a team; it's a hub of creativity and forward-thinking, where every member contributes to the exciting journey of advancing technology and enhancing our offerings.

This is a permanent working student position and can be performed at any location in Germany (all locations are here) where we are located, or from a home office (within Germany).

Be part of the team by

• Independently programming pragmatic functions, modules and applications
• Taking responsibility on small sub-projects, e.g. in the detailing of ideas and the testing or implementation of prototypes
• Documentating and proactivly sharing knowledge on your results within the team

Your Toolkit

• Enrolled student in the field of IT, Machine Learning or related degree programs
• Programming skills, ideally in Python, React and ideally already some AWS experience
• Interest in DevOps practices, automation and cloud technologies (AWS)
• You are used to working independently and can imagine being part of a predominantly remote team
• Analytical thinker and enjoying conceptual and structured work
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German would be a nice to have
