Research Specialist* Transposon Technologies

Your main responsibilities are:

Independent execution of experiments, performing data analysis, documentation and initial interpretation
Preparing and presenting results at weekly meetings .Contribution in preparation of project reports and higher-level meetings
Developing and establishing required new methods for the team and writiting the protocols
Lab and devices maintenance responsibilities, (room responsibilities, material management, GVP)
Effective collaboration with internal collaborator teams for protocol transfer

What you have to offer:

Successfully completed master studies in biotechnology, immunology, molecular/cellular biology, or related fields
Experience with cell culture of primary immune cells and cell lines
Experience with non-viral and viral genome engineering technologies, and delivery tools to modify primary immune cells. Experience with DNA transposons is an advantage.
Experience with electroporation techniques, flow cytometry analysis, immunostaining, microscopy, and other relevant methods
Practical experience with immunological methods and assays for characterization of modified T cells e.g., cytotoxicity, cytokine and proliferation assays is an advantage.
Experience in Pharma/Biotech industry is an advantage.
Experience in working with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel etc.
Very good organization skills, as well as excellent communication and English language skills.
