• Independent execution of experiments, performing data analysis, documentation and initial interpretation
• Preparing and presenting results at weekly meetings .Contribution in preparation of project reports and higher-level meetings
• Developing and establishing required new methods for the team and writiting the protocols
• Lab and devices maintenance responsibilities, (room responsibilities, material management, GVP)
• Effective collaboration with internal collaborator teams for protocol transfer

• Successfully completed master studies in biotechnology, immunology, molecular/cellular biology, or related fields
• Experience with cell culture of primary immune cells and cell lines
• Experience with non-viral and viral genome engineering technologies, and delivery tools to modify primary immune cells. Experience with DNA transposons is an advantage.
• Experience with electroporation techniques, flow cytometry analysis, immunostaining, microscopy, and other relevant methods
• Practical experience with immunological methods and assays for characterization of modified T cells e.g., cytotoxicity, cytokine and proliferation assays is an advantage.
• Experience in Pharma/Biotech industry is an advantage.
• Experience in working with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel etc.
• Very good organization skills, as well as excellent communication and English language skills.
