Your Impact

As we strive to accomplish our vision and continue to grow, we are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. If the position is a perfect fit for you, you will have the chance to work closely with our founders and our Head of Business Intelligence as part of the BI- team to prove your strengths and gain additional skills. You will be in constant exchange with our Tech and Management teams and quickly turn the feedback you receive into measurable results that delight our users.

You will be the key factor to transform our company from description Analytics to diagnostic and predictive analytics.

Your Mission

• Conceptualize analysis results with powerful visualizations in a clear and understandable way
• Manage data transformation using dbt and design reports providing visibility on key business metrics
• Keep track of the different stakeholders' business questions and data needs
• You are the ambassador of numbers and know how to to go from description analytics to diagnostic and predictive analytics
• Build good and collaborative relationships with your internal and external stakeholders to improve current processes and structures

Your Talent

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence in a diagnostic and predictive environment
• Very good knowledge of English (C2), German is a plus
• Excellent SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts and how to visualize them
• Experience with transformation tools like dbt and/or orchestration framework such as Airflow and good Python skills
• You understand and can apply fundamental statistic concepts
