Aufgaben:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for:
- Installation and commissioning of new Biobank and Compound Management Systems as well as stores in Diagnostic Laboratories.
- Training and technical advice to our customers
- Performing regular maintenance work
- Repair services in the event of a fault
- Independent planning, execution, and documentation of the work
- Supervision of our technical support hotline
- Introduction of corrective and preventive measures
- Interface with cross-functional work teams such as R&D, Customer Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales
Anforderungen:
- A degree in technical engineering or an equal technical education
- Preferably a background in the Life Science or Diagnostics market
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Accustomed to working independently
- Customer-oriented and at the same time entrepreneurial thinking
- You work reliably under time pressure, flexible and resilient
- Fluent written and spoken in German and English
The candidate shall preferably be based in the greater Göttingen. The position involves extensive national and international travel. Assignments may be for up to 4 subsequent weeks.
