Responsiblities:

Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, in accordance with established care plans and medical protocols.

Administering medications, treatments, and other medical procedures as prescribed by a physician.

Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in the patient's condition.

Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.

Educating patients and families about their health conditions and how to manage them.

Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Documenting all care provided and maintaining accurate patient records.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of practice.

Adhering to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Professional Nurse Licensure

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting

B1 or B2 level German Language Certificate
