What will you do

Responsibilities:

• Support Abstraction Layers and RTOS
• Provide tools for development, testing, and debugging
• Implement features, fix bugs and improve code base
• Implement and improve communication protocols
• Develop and maintain firmware for battery energy storage systems
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

What you bring (experience & qualifications)

Requirements:

• Experience in firmware development and RTOS
• Familiarity with Professional Software Development Processes
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/Rust programming language
• Understanding of embedded systems and hardware interfaces
• Knowledge of best practices in (embedded) firmware and software design
• Experience in working in a larger software team with ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills in English

As a bonus, you are good at:

• DevOps
• Build systems / Continuous integration
• Requirements engineering
• Quality assurance of embedded systems
