SGB-SMIT is a leading international manufacturer of transformers with locations worldwide. With a total of around 3,500 employees, we develop and manufacture, among other things, oil distribution, cast resin and power transformers. Our transformers are used by energy suppliers, industrial companies, switchgear manufacturers and energy producers in the conventional and increasingly also in the renewable sector. Main Tasks:
- Together with our internal customers, you will develop and implement solutions for the entire SGB-SMIT Group in the area of SAP PP.
- You take responsibility for the SAP PP interfaces to other SAP modules such as WM and MM as well as to other external add-on products.
- You take responsibility in (international) projects for the implementation of the SAP PP modules and take over, for example, conception, user training and support.
- Supporting SAP PP module users, taking over customising and maintenance activities and introducing new functions.
- Working in a growing, internationally established, virtual team.
- Coordination of activities in own area of responsibility.
- Continuous improvement of internal business processes in coordination with the responsible departments
- Willingness to travel (also abroad) in the context of projects, user training etc. (max. 10-15% of working time)
Profile
- University degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree.
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience with the SAP PP system also with an international background.
- Application knowledge in SAP R/3 as well as in SAP S4 HANA.
- Understanding in the related business processes and the respective IT systems.
- Structured, systematic way of working with high communication skills and assertiveness.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
