This is a remote position.
As Dezigndia’s UX designer, your role will be to create user-friendly solutions for complex digital products in a dynamic, collaborative and innovative environment. You must have empathy for the user, a deep understanding of the user-centered design and strong analytical abilities. You must have an understanding of technical limitations as well as business strategies, backed by a knowledge of efficient design processes and tools. You should also be proactive, curious and passionate about everything in UX and other areas of design and innovation.
Responsibilities: - Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Preparing, conducting and analyzing user interviews and tests.
- Should be an expert in creating user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups & prototype
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers along with design handoffs
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment
- High levels of self-direction, innovation and imagination
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continuously improve skills and raise quality standards
Qualifications: - 2-4 years of UX design experience
- Proven experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Expert-level knowledge on UI designing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions & create user flows & UX Documentations
- Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers and clients to take ideas from conception to release along with prototyping
- Identifying and solving UX issues, visual design problems and the ability to come up with innovative solutions with modern high fidelity user interfaces Organized, attentive to detail and user-focused
Good to have: - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects & Animation
- Preparing and conducting co-design workshops
- Familiar with the LEAN & AGILE UX process
- Basic knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
