We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to become a vital part of our financial operations. You'll work closely with our financial executives, providing key support to drive our company's success.

Tasks

• Manage receivables efficiently
• Handle reportable foreign payments
• Oversee the dunning process
• Reconcile and clarify accounts
• Serve as a key contact for customers/debtors regarding payment arrangements
• Process travel expenses
• Support financial planning activities
• Handle general back-office tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer receivables management
• Experience in travel expense management
• Familiarity with reportable foreign payments
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience in financial planning processes
• Commercial training, ideally with a background in financial accounting
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Demonstrated reliability and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently
