The training coordinator will be in close contact with external and internal colleagues while representing the training team. Colleagues must be backed up. Main tasks will be the management of the training needs and the communication with internal and external partners and customers.

• Management of training needs and its analysis
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and conduct contracts
• Coordination of vendors and customers
• Marketing activities to increase visibility of the department
• Maintain our internal booking system and create reports
• Close communication with our trainers and customers
• Deal with training cancellations and follow up on unexcused absences

• Fluent in German and English
• Basic technical and production understanding
• Very organized and structured person, proactive and independent work style desired
• Open and creative mindset; willing to work in an international environment
• Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bookings)
• Willing to leave your comfort zone and to grow
