Your Talent:

• Enrolled student in communication, IT, business informatics or similar

• Technical understanding and interest in collaboration and project management tools

• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

Your Mission:

• Support the rollout of global IT solutions in the area of collaboration and teamwork

• Manage smaller (sub-) projects, in cooperation with the project lead

• Support implementation of new and further development of existing use cases

• Support communication and adoption campaigns for PUMA’s Digital Workplace tools globally

• Create training materials and “how-to” documentations

• Execute user trainings and provide first level support for users of the Digital Workplace tools

• Drive the Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) and general collaboration tool communities at PUMA to foster knowledge exchange and educate key users at PUMA communities

• Support for upcoming AI technology implementations

• Assist in the adoption of whiteboard and task management solutions

• Perform user acceptance tests
