Job Description
Become part of our Product Strategy team by driving strategic research initiatives across the full TeamViewer product portfolio. In our agile and growing company, you will quickly build your network within Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Sales and R&D and become a driving force for initiatives that really make a difference.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on current market trends, competitor analysis and customer preference within the software industry
- Gather and interpret data to identify key opportunities and potential challenge's
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive positioning and differentiate our products
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry shifts and changes that may impact the software market and translate these findings into recommendations for our organization
- Collaborate with different stakeholders in our organization to understand customer needs, preferences and pain points and utilize this information to contribute to product development strategies
- Utilize collected data and trends to develop forecasts and projections for future market opportunities
- Work closely with Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales teams to provide valuable insights
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance research methodologies, data sources and analytical tools to ensure the accuracy and relevance of market intelligence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis or market intelligence, preferably within the software industry or research agency or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Proficiency in utilizing market research tools and data analytics software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present findings effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
