We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our Digital Application Development Team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of world-class software solutions. If you are a visionary leader with a passion for driving innovation and can bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, we want to hear from you.

Your tasks

• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and technical tasks based on business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and development teams, to establish a shared vision and drive the product roadmap.
• Act as a bridge between the business and development teams, ensuring that development efforts align with the product vision.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-structured and up to date.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient development and release of features.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and lead efforts to drive successful product launches according to the committed scope, time and budget.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Agile development teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed product features and user stories.
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
