Responsibilities:

You will get to know our customers and be curious about helping them to achieve their goals while achieving your own goals and growing your pipeline, painting the world orange and having fun along the way.
You will be collaborating closely with a network of Channel, GSI and Eco-System Partners to successfully position and sell the Pure Storage platform in your assigned accounts.
Create and execute account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to accurately forecast and close business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Achieving results, exceeding annual quotas, driving referenceable business and building consistent pipeline through effective prospecting and marketing initiatives.
Develop and present comprehensive proposals to customers, articulating the business outcomes and making our customers happy.
You will be Pure's advocate, cheerleader and spokesperson and always make sure for Pure to be our customers & partners first choice.

Qualifications:

Passion for customer success; through the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on post-sales customer success and satisfaction.
An attentive listener and confident speaker with a smile on your face when doing what you love, as well as a heart of gold with a strong affinity to the colour orange .

Experience working closely with a network of Channel, GSI and Eco-System Partners to successfully position, market and sell the Pure Storage platform in your assigned accounts.
Proven track record in delivering results; exceeding annual quotas, driving business and building consistent pipelines through effective prospecting and marketing initiatives.
A competitive attitude, a desire to disrupt the status quo, drive change and evangelize new technologies.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is key, a blend of large company and startup experience helps you navigating through transformation.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
Minimum of 5 years field sales experience.
Business fluent German and English skills are a must.
