Our experienced service team ensures the availability and efficiency of plants at many different customers. We are looking for experienced and motivated service technicians who can support our customers with their sound technical knowledge. Your wide-ranging agenda will include maintenance activities as well as complete overhauls. This position reports to

Teamlead FOP Maintenance

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of maintenance and servicing measures with the support of external personnel
• Investigation of the technical condition of robot systems, applications and plant components
• Accurate execution of service orders, instruction of other employees as well as execution and documentation of test runs
• In-depth customer advice on necessary repair measures with the aid of intelligent robot analysis technology
• Securing of customer and plant data as well as preparation of detailed operation reports and maintenance protocols
• Implementation of special repairs at our customers based on preventive measures from the manufacturer's plants

Your background

• Electrical engineering training, for example electronics technician or mechatronics technician
• Robot knowledge and service experience are an advantage, but not a requirement
• German fluently as well as good English in word and writing
• Independent as well as clearly structured and well organized work style (technical as well as administrative)
• Committed team player with a strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel regularly for several days at a time
