You will analyze, optimize, and reimagine internal processes, identify high-impact AI use cases, and build intelligent workflow solutions that plug seamlessly into existing systems. Beyond implementation, you will coach business teams, run hands-on workshops, and create playbooks that turn AI from a buzzword into a daily productivity driver.
Your Job
- Map and streamline internal business processes to uncover automation potential.
- Design, build, and roll out AI-powered workflow solutions tailored to real business needs.
- Integrate automation into established platforms and systems.
- Coach teams on practical AI tool adoption through training, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Produce clear documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides for internal use.
- Advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders on effective AI application.
- Contribute to AI governance, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
- Track adoption, measure ROI, and continuously refine solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in process analysis and business automation.
- Hands-on skills with AI tools, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scripting (Python or equivalent).
- Working experience with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Track record of delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a clear business focus.
- Solid understanding of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance principles.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
