Xeneta is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead growth in the world's key markets for ocean and air freight procurement. The ideal candidate will employ a collaborative B2B sales strategy, emphasizing the delivery of value to both business and technical stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

Engage & Connect: Forge robust relationships with our largest prospects by deeply understanding their procurement workflows and the intricacies of their supply chain. Position Xeneta’s platform through value-driven selling and compelling return-on-investment analyses.
Educate & Inform: As Xeneta revolutionizes freight buying and selling, leverage your industry acumen to champion data-driven decision-making within RFQ and procurement processes.
Be a Consultative Partner: Act as a trusted advisor, applying a consultative approach to assist clients in resolving inefficiencies, identifying opportunities, and achieving their business objectives with Xeneta’s solutions.
Collaborate to Succeed: Partner closely with internal teams to contribute to enhancements in our platform and processes, ensuring Xeneta’s competitive edge. Play a pivotal role in our evolution through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Shape Strategy & Scale: Utilize your experience to contribute to strategies and tactics that drive our expansion. Your insights and feedback will directly influence our future direction as a valued team member.

What we are looking for

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Professional Background:
- 5-7 years of proven success in an Enterprise SaaS B2B sales capacity, demonstrating a consistent track record in value-based selling.
- Experience within the supply chain, logistics, or freight sectors is highly advantageous.
- Experience in a category-creating company or a start-up/scale-up environment, where you've contributed to shaping market perception and educating buyers, is highly valued.
Strategic Engagement: Demonstrated experience in consulting with Vice President and C-level executives to formulate and execute effective enterprise-wide strategies.
Sales Expertise:
- Proven ability to manage extended sales cycles (6-12 months) and develop robust pipelines through professional networking and industry events.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage deal progression, prioritizing resources and effort based on opportunity value and stage.
Technology & Data:
- Proficiency in Salesforce management and the ability to leverage data to inform and support strategic decisions.
- Experience with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, 6sense, and UserGems is highly desirable.
