We're seeking a proactive and adaptable Team Assistant to join our Frankfurt office. Working alongside a diverse team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Investment Professionals, ensuring smooth operations and reflecting the Nordic Capital brand with excellence.

Responsibilities:

Office duties:

• Maintain the professional appearance of our office space, creating a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with meeting preparations and managing administrative tasks
• Collaborate with our IT department to ensure seamless technology operations
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality

Assistant duties:

• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for Investment Professionals
• Arrange travel accommodations and handle expense reporting
• Provide support during local events as needed
