Your tasks - Support our organization to improve our marketing services
- Develop an excellent understanding of our customer needs and how marketers create content to engage customers
- Design and implement qualitative research in the form of job shadowing, interviews, focus groups, diary studies, etc. while you will have support from researchers to understand external user needs
- Guide the organization about Service Design, Design Thinking and Human-Centered best practices and develop human-centered solution hypotheses, based on insights you uncover
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product owners, marketers, and partners from across the marketing organization to drive innovation in a legacy marketing organization
- Build customer journey maps and service design blueprints, bringing together existing knowledge and perspectives from colleagues and ensure internal coordination of activities to support the ideal digital customer journey
Your experience - Bachelor's degree in a human-centered design practice, psychology, social sciences or other relevant field
- Many years of professional experience in making service blueprints, facilitating design sprints, and be able to share examples of when you have used human-experience insights to drive product and service innovation with measurable outcomes
- You have the skills for systems thinking and are skilled in handling ambiguity and complexity; ultimately communicating your understanding in a logical and methodical way
- You are a strong teacher and know how to communicate sophisticated ideas with multiple modalities: storytelling, visualizations, new frameworks for thinking about problems, etc.
- You are comfortable working in international and diverse teams and with colleagues with different backgrounds and seniority levels
- Collaboration, open and trustful dialogue, and agile approach are not just buzzwords for you but are the basis of your daily work ethic
- You speak and write English fluently on a business level
