Your Responsibilities

Are you a technology orientated enthusiast looking to make a positive impact? Join us as an Operator Medical Services and support in the on-going maintenance and development of our innovative Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. As a key player in system administration, you'll ensure smooth operations and conduct User Acceptance Testing for optimal performance of our SeaCare program. Your expertise in Health IT will be reflected through offering first level support and training to our onboard medical teams, assisting colleagues in navigating the medical, technological landscape. Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of innovative improvements and device integrations, all while playing a crucial role in implementing Health IT projects and analyzing vital data. • System administration of the company EHR (electronic health record) system, incl. User Acceptance Testing
• Accountable for Tier I support and Training in the Health IT area
• Responsible to liaise with ABG / Brand IT stakeholders where required
• Support in developing enhancements and devices integrations / rollouts
Assist in Health IT projects implementation / Data Analysis

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in Health and/or IT related field mandatory
• Professional experience in the electronic health record/biomedical field, maritime industry and networking are desirable
• Methodological approach to problem-solving
• Confident use of MS Office suite and proficient use of MS Excel is required
• Organizational skills demonstrating high attention to detail mandatory
• Familiarity with programming languages desirable
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Data analysis and visualization
