In commercial order handling, you will be the first point of contact for customers and business partners in the area of Force Measurement Sales / Measurement & Analytics / Process Automation in Ratingen / Germany. You support the team with your customer service skills in the entire order processing.

This position reports to

Head of Order Handling

Your responsibilities

• Holistic responsibility of orders, from order receipt, compliance, preparation of schedules, monitoring, cost development control to invoicing
• Planning and control of shipping
• Preparation of order processing calculations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting intervention in case of necessary escalation
• Ensuring positive customer experience, keeping customers informed and resolving ambiguities
• You will monitor the overall process and trends on requests and you will identify potential for improvement

Your background

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in order processing
• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD
• A team player with a solution-oriented approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk
• Fluent German and English
