As an international Category and Insights Manager you will join a dynamic team and drive the Customer Brands category to new heights! You'll drive growth in volume, value, market share, and profit, establishing our client as the preferred partner across multiple regions. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, crafting category plans, and driving sustainable, profitable, data-driven growth.
What you will do

Adapt Growth Strategies: Transform global growth strategies into local actions plans.

Data Plan Management: Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to establish and execute the annual data needs plan and budget, managing agency relationships and ensuring data accessibility.

Ad Hoc Studies: Develop briefs for ad hoc studies to enhance category plans and communicate insights on shopper behavior to the business.

Insight Communication: Research and proactively share insights that influence strategy, highlighting implications to senior management.

Data Analysis: Analyze customer and market data, providing clear, actionable recommendations and presenting findings

Workshop Leadership: Develop and lead workshops to enhance commercial team skills.

Category Ownership: Take ownership of one category, become an expert through data research and team collaboration, and manage the Category Growth Plan and stakeholder requests.

Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain close interaction with internal stakeholders across various functions to stay informed of wider business goals .
