Our "Digital Business & Mobility Services" is responsible for delivering the digitalization of Group Sales & After Sales and provides numerous services and platform components for CARIAD's customers. As an intern in our Cyber Security Governance team you will help set up the organizational structures needed to meet tomorrow´s cyber security threats.
Our goal is to enable a truly secure DevOps approach within our SAFe agile working framework. In this endeavor we need to establish the right processes, role models and tools to ensure secure product releases for our customers. We work in close collaboration with development teams as well as with corporate cross-functions. In that manner we assure that cyber security is duly considered from development activities all the way through responsive capabilities.
You will support bringing this comprehensive security structure to life. This entails deriving concepts based on industry best practices, tailoring them towards deployment in our development context and sparring them with practitioners. All the while maintaining compatibility with the relevant company-wide interface partners.
- Create a cyber security implementation concept and drive organizational development
- Identify best practices inside and outside the automotive industry
- Shadow selected implementation teams and refine concepts based on lessons learned
- Align our security processes with the main interface partners at CARIAD
- Derive performance controls to determine effectiveness of deployed approach
- Forge an integrated security approach (considering overlaps with quality, legal and compliance topics)
- Determine whether regulatory requirements are met (German and international)
- Enrolled student, preferably in a business program or IT
- Strong communication in English and German
- First experiences in organizational development and/or cyber security
- Ideally experience in an agile work environment
- Enthusiastic about tackling complex tasks
- Self-guided work ethic and excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Familiar with handling of MS Office; experience in Confluence and JIRA desirable
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- 35-hour week
