Your mission
- Actively developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, pre-qualifying and cold calling leads, and converting them into paying CheMondis customers
- Establishing and maintaining consultative customer relationships, as well as deepening the customer usage of our platform by actively managing your customer base
- Conducting deep discovery and needs assessment, understanding customer’s pain points, and defining successful business outcomes
- Keeping track of all interactions in our CRM tools, constantly monitoring and analyzing (y)our sales efforts, and together with your team proactively improving our targeting, content, communications, and processes
- Representing CheMondis in conferences, trade fairs, and other relevant events to broaden (y)our network within the chemical industry
Your profile
- Demonstrated experience in international B2B Sales, preferably SaaS or marketplace products (chemical industry sales experience is a plus)
- Track record of both, acquiring and managing key accounts
- Strong listening skills and customer focus, combined with a high level of solution orientation
- Willingness to learn and use new technologies - our tech stack includes Salesforce, Slack, Hubspot, Vitally, Looker, Notion, Aircall
- The ability and drive to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
