Your Tasks:
You will be responsible for all financial aspects in the PID group. This includes setting guidelines, structures and
giving advice for operational reporting out of the subsidiaries, as well as representing the group in front of the
shareholders. On a group level you will support strategic projects & M&A processes with your financial & analysis

know-how. Targeted business analysis will form your baseline:

• You translate numbers, data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive corresponding

measures for subsidiaries and sales areas

• You are responsible for the conceptual design and further development of a targeted and addressee-oriented

reporting system on group level

• You will carry out general business planning, management and controlling tasks for the PID Group
• You will work on international business projects and develop project specific controlling instrument
• You define transfer pricing procedures and methods in the area of value flows between the subsidiaries
• You will be a sparring partner for local controlling / finance responsible
• You will support financial due diligence processes for add-on acquisitions and provide support in the financial

onboarding of new acquisitions

• You support achieving increased transparency & benchmarking possibilities within the group

• Degree in economics, business administration or industrial engineering with focus on controlling/finance or

equivalent commercial education

• Initial professional experience in business controlling and cost center accounting
• You have already gained intercultural experience, for example in project coordination, or are used to working

in an intercultural environment

• Strong project management skills
• Exercise insightful judgement, including accurate and reliable proposals
• Personality and mindset that promotes collaboration and teamwork
• Result driven motivation to look proactively for improvement potential and support needs
• Ideally you live close to one of our main production sites in Germany, Italy or Sweden
• Willingness to travel regularly in Europe
• Business fluent English
