The newly established Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort.
This new unit aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital up- and re-skilling journey. More specifically, empowering employees to embrace digital change through a structured role-based digital upskilling approach that provides the mindset, skillset and toolset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.
Digital Empowerment is going to provide comprehensive learning journeys and certifications in key digital technologies (e.g., analytics, cloud, cyber security, UX/UI design) and practices (e.g., agile, growth mindset), as well as constantly innovate on how to deliver an excellent learning experience to E.ON's employees.
Responsibilities
As a Learning Journey Manager you will design and manage a portfolio of best in class digital upskilling journeys for various target groups (job families) within E.ON. You are end to end responsible for your portfolio of Learning Journeys, which includes the following:
- design and deploy digital upskilling learning journeys within agreed time frame and budget
- translate group-wide digital skill gaps to tangible learning goals
- deliver the best possible learning journey experience
- deploy fit for purpose learning content and learning formats at scale to close identified skill gap
- manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. executive sponsors, trainers, digital subject matter experts, content providers)
- work closely and proactively with the engagement and communications team to ensure continious learner and organisation activation and participation
- accountable for Learning Journey performance KPIs (financial, process, utilization and experience related)
- continiously improve the learning journeys based on data insights
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Business Management/Human Resources/IT or similar
- 5+ years experience within the field of Learning & Development ideally within a Technology oriented environment
- Experience in consulting and/or IT is benefical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Passion and curiosity for new and innovative ways of designing and managing learning curricula
- Ability to develop tech savvy learning modules that are implementable at pace and scale
- Experience in building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Appetite to challenge status quo as well as hierarchy
- Interest in and passion for technology and the energy transition
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid set up and navigate your way through a decentral international matrix organization
