In the EMEA region JUWI has European subsidiaries in Italy (Verona) and Greece (Athens) besides the wind and solar energy activities in home market Germany. From the subsidiary in South Africa (Cape Town) they particularly serve the Sub-Sahara markets with photovoltaic and wind projects. In the EMEA region (excluding Germany) JUWI has installed approximately 725 megawatts of solar capacity since 2007.

We are looking for you as a

Business Administration Assistant (m/f/d) EMEA

Objectives

Data acquisition and analytics for the EMEA Management
Coordination and support of internal EMEA projects
Preparation of reports for the EMEA Mangement
Process optimization of organizational changes in conjunction with QM EMEA
Coordination, preparation and follow up of meetings
Maintenance of the EMEA Intranet and Sharepoints
Regular management of the EMEA emails information plaftform
Management of folder and distribution permissions
ASA Officer and Archive representative for EMEA Wörrstadt
Interface to corporate functions (Communications, Controlling, Procurement, IT, Quality, HR)
Coordination for visitors from foreign EMEA subsidiaries with regards to Letter of Invitation, airport shuttle service, accommodation and pool car booking, staff badge and meetings
Organization of team events, fair visits, internal staff training and development events
Regular update of the EMEA organizational structure charts
Contact point for organizational questions of the division in Wörrstadt
Contact point for questions regarding occupational health and safety for EMEA Wörrstadt
Collecting and distribution of incoming physical mail for EMEA Wörrstadt

Your Profile

A degree in Business admin or economics
A minimum of 2 years‘ relevant experience
Fluent in German and English (IT, GR as advantage)
Intercultural competence
Competent with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Solution-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
Ability to manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
Flexibility and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
