Your Role

In the Sales function at P&G, you act as the vital link between our innovative products, strategic marketing, and retail partners. From day one, you will lead your own projects, contributing directly to the team's success. You will gain deep insights into Sales operations, implementing product initiatives at the Point of Sale. Whether in Key Account Management, Market Strategy, or Category Management, your unique skills will shape your individual career path.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master student with at least 2 completed semesters and strong academic records.
• Available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for leadership in sales.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions while trusting your professional intuition.
• Familiarity with the DACH retail landscape.
• Proficiency in English and German (B2 level).
• Previous internships or international experience are considered a plus.
