Werde Working Student - Data Analytics in Material Development (m/f/d) bei Continental – Dein neuer Job in Hannover

The Material Technology Solution department within our Research and Development Tires at our location Hannover-Stöcken is in charge of material and compounding technology development for our tire applications.

Within this exciting work environment, we are offering a working student position with up to 18 hours per week and starting as soon as possible. Ideally, the deployment period should last up to 12 months.

Your main tasks in this position are:

• Creating and maintaining BI reports via Tableau or Power BI, e.g. relevant training materials of existing BI reports
• Organizing exchange meetings and training events with internal customers
• Communicating with the end users of the relevant BI reports
• Collecting new business use cases
• Supporting on troubleshooting
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including chemists and data scientists

• Currently pursuing a Graduate/Master degree with good academia records of mathematics
• Basic knowledge of data science is required
• Experience in relevant BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred, but not a must
• Basic knowledge of Python would be beneficial
• Competent handling of MS Office-programs
• Excellent communication skills in English
• High level of creativity and good problem-solving capabilities
• Interested in the area of digitalization and chemistry. With a keen attention to detail, meticulousness, and thoroughness.
