Your Job

What this role looks like.

Analysing data from various sources to provide insights that enable and drive data-informed decision making for our web and mobile app portfolio
Defining and implementing data interfaces and tracking concepts and ensuring consistent and effective data collection
Identifying key metrics, developing reports and dashboards and providing actionable recommendations to improve product performance, user experience and overall business outcomes
Supporting A/B testing and experiments to ensure statistically correct results
Monitoring product performance and user behaviour on a regular basis
Proactively supporting decision making, identifying risks and potential improvements for our web and mobile app business
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers and designers to understand user behaviour and business impact and to detect opportunities and validate hypotheses

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital product or technology-driven environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Hotjar
Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and extracting data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
Very good English skills

Desirable extras.

Advanced certifications in data science, analytics, or related fields
Experience in maintaining data landscapes and the interpretation of data and correlations in an ecosystem, preferably in the retail industry
Understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies
Experience with agile development practices and tools like Jira
A proactive mindset towards exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities
