We are looking for a creative and innovative marketer to help with our marketing strategy and campaign ideation and execution in the Central Europe region. You will work with a small regional team, and your role will be to participate in the definition and execution of all our different marketing activities across Central Europe with a focus on NL and CH.

Responsibilities

1- Support the creation, execution, and ideation of the marketing strategy for Central Europe, especially the Swiss and the Netherlands market.

• Campaign management and identifying potential go-to-market strategies:

• Execute specific industry, persona, and geo-based campaigns

• Increase our digital presence through campaigns that drive lead generation and increased engagement, loyalty, and awareness

• Regularly share updates with the broader sales and marketing team on outputs of campaigns and digital marketing innovations and trends

2- Managing technical aspects of the marketing plan:

• Running online campaigns in collaboration with the DemandGen team

• Coordinating third-party events

• Leading proprietary event execution

3- Work closely with the sales team to support a range of marketing activities throughout the marketing funnel, including marketing awareness and lead generation, opportunity creation, deal influence, and 1:1 account-based marketing

• Drive account-specific marketing planning aligned with sales strategies

• Creation of bespoke content: uses case infographics, white papers, and webinars

• Innovation: Continuously seek to innovate in the field of ABM marketing. Create an environment where new ideas and initiatives are generated and implemented

4- Help track marketing programs, monitor and analyze performance, and report on results

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing

• Master's degree

• Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot/Salesforce/LinkedIn Campaign Manager preferred

• Organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple campaigns and promotions simultaneously

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional team members

• Self-starter who is comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment

• Communicative and open to working with different profiles and cultures on a daily basis

• Great attention to detail
