Ready to turn AI potential into real-world impact? Within Siemens Energy's Grid Technology division, you will partner with the AI Transformation Lead and cross-functional teams to bring AI use cases from concept to live deployment. You will analyze existing workflows, uncover digitalization opportunities, and translate them into practical, working solutions – all while collaborating with IT, data experts, and external partners to ensure seamless integration into operational processes.
How You Will Drive Impact
- Lead and deliver small to medium-sized AI initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across regions, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for timely, effective rollout
- Partner with business teams to identify, refine, and validate AI use cases – supporting deployment and ensuring smooth integration into daily operations
- Uncover digitalization and AI integration opportunities within existing processes, making workflows more efficient, structured, and AI-ready
- Accelerate AI adoption across the organization by empowering teams with new tools and delivering transparent reporting on progress and opportunities
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline; PMP, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Several years in project management, digital initiatives, or process improvement, with hands-on exposure to AI, data-driven, or digital transformation topics
- A pragmatic, hands-on mindset and the ability to independently drive implementation – bridging business and technical teams with clarity and structure
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and digital technologies, combined with analytical thinking and a focus on practical outcomes
- Strong communication skills and a proactive style, with experience in cross-functional and international team collaboration
- Fluent English required; German is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally is essential
