The Role
Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing robust software for optimization and quantum algorithms within enterprise systems.
• Collaborating with product owners and engineers to translate business needs into high-quality features.
• Ensuring excellence through advanced testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Supporting cloud deployment, extensibility, and lifecycle management.
• Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of technical knowledge-sharing.
• Exploring new frontiers in Operations Research and the Quantum Computing ecosystem.
• Taking full ownership of deliverables, from technical design to post-release support.

Your Profile
To excel in this role, you bring:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in backend systems, algorithms, or cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in C++ or a strongly typed language such as Java or Rust, with a willingness to master C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical skills to transform complex business processes into efficient code.
• A commitment to clean code principles, unit testing, and enterprise development standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools.
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative, structured working style.
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
