As a Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you will be crucial in driving our ambitious projects towards success. This outstanding opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with diverse collaborators across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East to ensure flawless operations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding energy solutions by handling resources, finances, and timelines meticulously.
We issue invoices to our customers for our services and ensure that payments are received on time. We report the corresponding revenue and earnings according to HGB and IFRS standards in SAP. In addition, you will negotiate additional orders with customers and ensure accurate financial statements through our project controlling. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Commercial handling of standard, service, projects and/or long-term maintenance contracts (LTP) with customers, consortium partners, regional units and suppliers to improve project results and customer satisfaction
- Co-designing the project execution strategy including the control concept in compliance with the contract structure
- Fulfilment of all commercial requirements in the project, e.g. implementation of contract terms, accounting processing (IFRS, SAP, internal control system), payments, financing, currency management, taxes, customs processing, contract management, claim management and financial project status
- Timely transfer of the offer to the order calculation in accordance with the specified quality standards
- Planning and reporting at project level
- Cost controlling and accounting as well as ongoing process optimization to ensure rationalization potential, increase efficiency and increase EVA (Economic Value Added)
What You Bring
- Degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification, along with several years of professional experience
- Experience in project management, contract management or order processing and intercultural experience desirable
- Knowledge of project management, general business practices, accounting concepts and language
- Up to date knowledge of accounting concepts and confident use of PC and application software, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ideally some experience with data processing (Tableau, Excel macros, etc.)
- Fluent in English, fluency in German is desirable, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
