Your Tasks

• Analysis and integration of large multiomics datasets with clinical data (WGS, RNA-seq, proteomics, multi-parameter flow cytometry, single-cell sequencing)
• Support and supervision of bioinformatic analysis performed by PhD and master candidates
• Interpretation, presentation, project reports, publication of results
• Collaboration and communication within a team of technicians/clinicians/scientists/pathologists as well as (inter)national project partners

Your Profile

• PhD degree in life science, ability to independently solve complex scientific / technical problems
• Experience and skills in bioinformatics tools and in programming language (e.g. R, C, Python, Java, Matlab)
• Team spirit, creativity, flexibility, reliability, strong commitment, ability to think and work independently in a collaborative environment
• Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills and a track record of collaborative work in multidisciplinary research environments
• Mastery of written and spoken German and English
