As a COO, you will play a critical role in shaping our operational strategies and ensuring their successful implementation. Tasks

• Lead daily operations of the company
• Oversee finance and accounting
• Design and implement business strategies and procedures
• Manage and monitor quarterly goals setting and achievement
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Monitoring KPIs to ensure organizational health
• Functional Team Lead to the commercial team

Requirements

• Several years in similar/relevant positions in a startup/small company
• Track record of successfully scaling a SaaS business, ideally B2B
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills and unconditional will to succeed
• Diligent and prescient personality, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
• Fluent in English, ideally also German
