The Role

For our Quality Management team we are looking for a new working student starting asap (limited 6 months).

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Creation of presentations, graphics, evaluation and reports on the subject of training management
• Data maintenance and archiving tasks of training records
• Support with the processing of tasks in our training management
• Communication with subsidiaries (Singapore, China, US,...)
• Support in maintaining and updating quality management documents
• Maintenance of data for new and assigned trainings in our training tool
• Maintenance of the database for legal and normative requirements

Requirements

You most likely fit the following profile:

• Enrolled student in the field of a technical or economic master or bachelor degree program, also health management or comparable.
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Confident handling of IT tools
• Ability to learn
• Open communication within the team and to our subsidiaries
• Outgoing
• Ability to analyze

Our corporate language is English, so you need to be confident in English, both verbally and in writing.

Die Rolle

Für unser Qualitätsmanagement Team suchen wir einen neuen Werkstudenten so bald wie möglich (6 Monate befristet).

In dieser Rolle hast du die folgenden Aufgaben:

• Erstellen von Präsentationen, Grafiken, Auswertung und Reports zum Thema Trainingsmanagement
• Datenpflege und Archivierungsaufgaben von Schulungsnachweisen
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Aufgaben in unserem Trainings-Management
• Kommunikation mit Niederlassungen (Singapur, China, US,…)
• Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung von Qualitätsmanagement Dokumenten
• Pflege von Daten für neue und zugewiesene Trainings in unserem Trainings-Tool
• Pflege der Datenbank für gesetzliche und normative Anforderungen

Anforderungen

Das folgende Profil entspricht dir:

• Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich eines technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Master- oder Bachelor-Studiengang, auch Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbares.
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (besonders Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
