WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Support the Consulting Intelligence Principal in the design and implementation of processes and reports along the partner lifecycle

• Collaborate with multiple teams within the organisation to establish a scalable and well integrated CRM platform

• Translate complex Google Sheets, multiple Microstrategy dashboards and Salesforce reports into a single self service dashboard that can be used by the Partner Consulting organisation.

• Support senior team members and their decision making by collecting information, generating insights and serving as their sparring partner.

• Troubleshoot and improve our current platform processes. You also are able to create processes for problems that arise and turn them into widely adopted solutions for the team.

• Maintain CRM excellence within your partner portfolio that ensures we have the best data and insights to derive strong decision making.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You are a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to bring successful results.

• You are analytically outstanding and love working with figures while taking a pragmatic approach to complex requirements and issues.

• You have a proficient command of Google Sheets/Excel

• You have knowledge of LookerStudio, as well as basic understanding of SQL and Visual Basic or Python.

• You have excellent communication skills and can manage stakeholders effectively. You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus). You are confident in interacting and presenting independently.
